Montenegro:Tre Fiori vs Rudar -by kamei24
Montenegrin champion will have to play first round of qualies once again, which include minors from Malta, Andorra and San Marino. Maybe it’s not the ideal thing to start the season so early, but at least it represent a nice opportunity for two easy wins against the teams from worst leagues in Europe.
Rudar won the league with ease last year, beating the fav Buducnost for the tittle without any problems, and taking the Cup trophy as well, doing it with style and good footie. They look pretty organized and stable team, and are famous to be a club of one of notorious Saric brothers. (The elder being a well known narko boss, who escaped the country after his business got exposed recently). Still the club continued with good results and nothing has changed with their progress.
Their rival is Tre Fiore from San Marino, a team which per example last year in CL qualies drew both games with Andorran UE Santa Julia 1:1, and got eliminated on penalty kicks actually. (To get the clear picture, Santa Julia later got trashed by 9:0 on aggregate by Levski – 4:0 and 5:0).
Rudar took this match up very seriously. They’ll actually be in San Marino few days prior the match, to try to found out more about the rival and train there. All players who won the league are still in the team, including the coach Vignjevic.
Last season champion Mogren won in the same round with Hibernians from Malta 6:0 on aggregate (2:0 away and 4:0 home), despite playing bad and later loosing to FC Kopenhagen 6:0, 6:0! Rudar on the other hand is more stable and ambitious club right now, without financial problems. But despite Mogren got embarrassed last season with Danish champion, they still managed to trash team from Malta, so I expect Rudar (which I rate on higher level definetely) not to have problems with a team of similar quality if not the worse.
All in all, Rudar should pass this first obstacle without problems of any kind and use it to score some goals and win both games. I think a win with at least 2 goals is a minimum here, so there’s no reason not to go full stakes with these to me way too high odds on -1EH.
